One of the largest independent wineries, tracing its roots back to a cooperative established in 1899. A balance of crowd-pleasing volume-sellers and promising boutique wines made by their young team of winemakers. Look out for the ‘Type S’ Koshu only available at the winery - an ‘orange wine’ partially fermented on the skins for a beautiful golden colour and rich, rounded flavour.
