Hillside winery established in 1963, with a great view across the valley. Known in particular for their naturally light ‘sur lie’ Koshu, they aim for pure and elegant wines that pair well with Japanese cuisine. A wide variety of wines are available, from Koshu and Muscat Bailey A, to Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as more unusual grape varieties and fruit wines.
