A small husband-and-wife operation making just over 20,000 bottles a year and one of the few places in the Koshu Valley you can find Pinot Noir. They also make several Koshus, a Bailey A made by carbonic maceration, a Merlot and an interesting Merlot/Kai Noir blend.
